We went to Brawley, CA Saturday, and returned home last night. It was a quick trip - 360 miles each way - but worth every minute. Our kids had a GREAT time playing with cousins, and it was so nice for Steve & I to be able to be there for the blessing of Sami's 5th child, Afton. We hung out with Scott's family and they were so kind to us and very accomodating. We had a great time and we're very glad we went.
Kenneth's soccer game was good - he played before we left for CA. They lost -but they put up a good fight. Soccer is a good sport for him.
We also had a wonderful time with Grandma Hansen here last week...we're just bursting with activity at our house. Tomorrow is Halloween and Wednesday is Daniel's birthday! YEA!

I'm glad that you had a good trip. That is such a long drive! You guys are troopers when it comes to road trips. We're not nearly as brave. Happy Halloween, and Happy Birthday, Daniel, tomorrow! We hope you have a super fun night trick or treating and celebrating a four year old in the house tomorrow!
